3.20I knew they'd run Kauto Star, but I'd much rather they put him out in a field and let him watch this year's on TV. Much as I'd love to see him in the winners enclosure with a third Gold Cup, I doubt he'll even make the frame. Let's hope he makes it round in one piece. Long Run's win over KS has marked him out as second favourite, but I don't think he beat the real Kauto, so I'm going to stick my neck out and and say there will be three or even four horses ahead of him. IMPERIAL COMMANDER proved last year he is the real deal, and if he's anywhere like in the same form, I personally don't think anything else will get near him again. Denman is the same age as Kauto, (11), but I think he has retained more of his ability. So I'm predicting we see the same 1-2 as last year. As pointed out elsewhere by Les, Pandorama looks to be a very good prospect for the highest honour, although unlike Les, I think he may have to wait until next year to claim the prize - so 3rd for me. One more I'll give a mention to is Neptune Collonges, who if things go wrong for others might be up to making the frame at 40/1. Well, apart from Denman, I got that about as wrong as I could get it!

BC, Don't worry, I've been saying that all week. In fact, with the exception of the Champion Hurdle and the Gold Cup it's the poorest Cheltenham I've had for a few years! OT

Day 4 resultsFinal Score.Kimmy cements his position as the 'Big Cheese', the 'Head Hocho' and the 'King of the Swingers' with a flawless display on the final day - the only time a tipster has managed to get all three picks right on the day all week. I tried to get Princess Anne along to present the trophy, but apparently, she was doing another gig somewhere else. So it is with great pleasure that I award the Classified Racing & Sports Cheltenham Challenge Gold Cup 2011 to Kimmypops. In second place was McGinty, very well done. Third spot went to Les, great effort. Also finishing in profit was hot shot Banger and the lovely, lucky Liz. As for the rest of us, well, we'll be back!
The final table looked like this... Pos | Tipster | Score | 1 | Kimmy | 1,472.15 | 2 | McGinty | 796.50 | 3 | Les | 774.17 | 4 | Banger | 755.00 | 5 | Liz | 678.02 | 6 | BlackCat | 562.38 | 7 | Mitzi | 491.67 | 8 | Trebor | 469.51 | 9 | Nofinepix | 448.54 | 10 | DennisG | 432.56 | 11 | Old-Timer | 355.42 | 12 | Andyor | 335.84 | 13 | Ginger | 171.23 | 14 | OO7 | 57.40 |

I should have added at the end of my write-up: Thank you to you all for taking part. It's been fun, both taking part and running the score-board. BC

Brilliant Kimmy Congratulations to McGinty and Les as well. Plus I must also tip my hat to Banger and Liz for managing to make a profit - no small feat this year! Finally, many thanks to BC for coming up with the idea and running it so admirably - can we do the same for Royal Ascot? So I thought he deserved some reward too Oldtimer
