For now, Chrome users who don't like the new bookmarks manager can restore the list view by typing chrome://flags in the address bar, hitting Enter, then searching for the flag labeled Enable Enhanced Bookmarks and setting it to Disabled. The old-style manager will return after Chrome is restarted. (Not tried it.)

Have they not heard the adage "if it ain't broke don't fix it". I am fed up with "improvements", which in most cases aren't. The new Chrome bookmark manager is awful. I've reverted to the old style, but I wonder at what point will we be forced to accept the change. Mind you, it did get me thinking about how I have it displayed, and I now have bookmarks in folders across the vertical bar above the main page, which is great. BT/Yahoo are just as bad. Whenever they tinker about their webmail, something stops working.

I agree. Took this off another site. As I say I don't know if it works.

Are they playing with the browser again? It hasn't affected us as yet and I only downloaded the latest update (Version 43.0.2357.134 m) a couple of days ago. However, will note for future reference.

Yes, sorry OT, they'll get around to you too in time!
