The sign-up process does have a few things that should be pointed out: 1. Your username must be one, single word. And in lower case. You can change the display name later, once your registration is complete, in your "Profile". This is why some members appear to have a capitals and/or two words etc. 2. Your password must not be the same as your username. 3. Double entry: you must enter your email and chosen password twice, to prevent spelling mistakes occurring. 4. You must try to figure out what those funny squidgy letters say. Why do they have them? Well, as far as I can tell it is to prevent robotic spammers signing up lots of unwelcome "guests". If you can't read those letters/numbers, please don't get frustrated - you wouldn't be alone. Please let me know and I will arrange your sign-up. 5. Date of Birth - the forum requires your date of birth. Apparently, this is for legal reasons on the owners of the message board software, and is for the protection of minors. 6. Agree!! Last step, and the bit everyone forgets to do, is to scroll down to the bottom of the sign-up page where you must "Agree" to the terms of use. By default, it is set to "Don't agree", which will again give you an error message if you don't change it.
If anyone has a problem registering, just let one of the administrators know and we'll either try to help you or do it for you.
